TrafficCourtPros.com collects personal information when you request a case review, or ask a question via email. We may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from courts, government agencies, web providers or other sources.
Traffic Court Pros automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, browsing behavior, and the pages you request.
Traffic Court Pros uses information for the following general purposes: to create an attorney authored case review based upon information you provide.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
TrafficCourtPros.com does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non affiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
We provide the information to sponsor attorneys or licensed attorneys who may be potential sponsor attorneys per confidentiality agreements. We only send user information to licensed attorneys for reviews and we verify the attorneys are licensed and contact them in advance to make sure they want to receive the private info for the purpose of providing requested legal advice, answers, free self help, or opinion.
Although we may respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims, your information is considered and treated as confidential in formation privileged by the attorney client communication privilege because it is collected and used for the purpose of providing a legal consultation about a court matter.
Confidential Communications via Email
If you request a free case review and provide an email address for a contact, TrafficCourtPros.com, and its agents and associates, will assume that the email address provided is safe and private, and that you have consenting to the use of that email address for confidential correspondence, such as a case review.
General Use
We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the TrafficCourtPros.com service, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the TrafficCourtPros.com Newsletter, that are considered part of your TrafficCourtPros.com service, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.
